The short version of what every page here is, what you are paying for when you buy something, what I do with your data, and how to get your money back if the thing did not help.
Daniil Kozin. Russian-born, based in Florianópolis, Brazil. Operator: founded EasyMM, building Capi. Twelve years in finance before starting companies. I write guides, run a tracker product, advise Web3 founders, and bring a small circle of investors into real-asset positions I put my own money into.
Contact: daniil.kozin@gmail.com.
A personal site. Nothing on it is regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Everything I publish is my read on a topic, written for people who like specific numbers and would rather hear what I would do than be handed a template.
When I name a product or a protocol, it is for analysis. If I own a position, I say so in the piece itself.
Three paid products currently exist on this site: The Guide ($19.90, a PDF plus a monthly tracking template), The System ($49.90, adds an audit template and a three-month Capi activation code), and The Full Checkup ($149.90, adds a personal review of your numbers, a PDF report, and a thirty-minute call). Prices are in USD and one-time unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy or, for crypto, through NOWPayments. I do not see or store your card details.
Fourteen days, no argument. If you read the guide or finish the call and it was not what you expected, email me the order reference and I will refund the full amount. The refund hits your original payment method within a few business days depending on your bank.
One practical note: the refund is for the product itself. If you have already used an activation code for Capi and held it for weeks, I may ask that you stop using the bot when the refund clears. I will not chase you.
If you book an investment discovery call through /invest/, what happens on that call is a conversation between two people about a specific deal that I am personally allocating to. It is not a solicitation, it is not regulated advice, and it is not a fund. I do not manage your money. If you choose to allocate, the legal work happens between you and the operator or your own counsel. I do not collect a percentage of your return.
When you subscribe from any form on this site, I store your email, the form you used, the pathname you came from, and any UTM tags present on the URL. That is it. I use this to send you transactional emails (the thing you signed up for), occasional letters, and to understand which rooms people come in through. I do not sell or share the list.
The analytics tool I run (Rybbit, self-hosted) captures pageviews and a few custom clicks. It does not use third-party cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not identify you personally unless you subsequently submit a form.
To unsubscribe from emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any letter, or email me and I will remove you within a day.
Capi is a separate product with its own terms at cappi.io/terms. If you received a Capi activation code as part of buying The System or The Full Checkup here, the Capi terms govern your use of the bot, not these.
The reviews I publish at /blog/ are independent. No sponsorships, no affiliate links, no paid placements. If I hold a position in something I review, the piece says so. If I later open or close a position after publishing, I try to note it on the page.
I link to other sites (cal.com, easymm.io, cappi.io, LinkedIn, Threads, X, Instagram, YouTube, and others). I do not control what happens on those pages. Clicking a link moves you to their terms and privacy policies.
If I change anything material, the updated date below moves. The old version is not preserved online. If you bought something under a prior version and the new version materially changes your deal, email me and I will honor the version that was live when you paid.
I operate from Brazil. Most transactions on this site route through payment processors based in the US or the EU. Nothing here is aimed at any jurisdiction where these products or discussions would require a licence I do not hold. If you are regulated (financial advisor, broker, fund manager) and unsure whether using this site as a professional creates a compliance question for you, it is your firm's call, not mine.
If something goes wrong, email me first. Most issues resolve in a single email once I see the order or the context. If we cannot sort it out and you paid, you still have consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction and the payment processor's dispute system. I will not contest a refund filed through your card issuer under consumer-protection rules.
